- Constructed Holding Water Tank for TMC water supply at the back side of Mayflower.
- Additional pipeline for water supply from TMC with full pressure water input. Supply goes to Fire / Domestic / Flush tanks with uninterrupted supply of water.
- Bore well with well automated plumbing for water supply to Fire / Domestic / Flush tanks for clean water 24/7 and eliminating of smelly / dirty / unhealthy STP water supply.
- Removed all obstacle items from Lobby, Stair cases and Refugee flats as per the notice from Fire department.
- Planted flower pots/palm trees all around of our society for more greenery.
- Installed backside fencing to stop illegal entries.
- Systemized parking for easy vehicle movements at podium and upper stilt. Different traffic signs, speed breaker etc. were installed.
